Appreciation

You ever heard someone say that they never knew what they had until they lost it? Has this ever happened to you? Or to anyone you know? Sometimes i ask myself this question, "Why do we not appreciate something for so long as we have it?", sometimes the hardest questions have the simplest answers, for me, maybe it's because we don't take the time to appreciate it, we take it or at times them for granted and go on with our lives thinking nothing will change and they'll continue to be there for us no matter what we do or say. Word of the wise, never take anything for granted, may it be a simple hello or a gentle touch. Never, ever, EVER! Take it for granted. Take the time to reminisce in what has happened and thank God for allowing you to experience that moment. Take the time to Appreciate that something or someone, don't wait for the time that you'll lose them.

Time flies...

Oh how time flies when you're enjoying, at 1st it's freshman year and were like, fishes fresh out of the pond and thrown into the ocean. We don't know what to do, were too shy, we take things too seriously more or less to sum it all up we were afraid, afraid of the unknown in high school life. In the 2nd year also known as the sophomore year were more carefree, we have the time to relax a little bit, joke around, have a little bit of fun and at times create new relationships, not the ones w/c involve the "Like" attraction but the "Like Like" attraction. Sometimes these last most of the time they don't, but never feel down if you've lost someone whom you thought would be by your side forever, because, for every door that closes, millions welcome you in. And on the 3rd year A.K.A. the junior year, we really are carefree, we have the time to do assignments but we don't we have the time to study but some of us don't and we even have the time to become better persons than we already are but we'd much rather spend out time with friends talking and sharing joyous experiences. But in the 4th year... who knows what awaits us. Word of the wise, Enjoy what you have for as long as you have it.

Me, My Self And I...

There are very few things in this world we yearn for, Love, Forgiveness and Chocolate. Though we never fully understand why we want these things. Once i heard a Parish Priest say, "In our lives we search for that something that will complete us, but it's never a something but it's always a someone". A lot of people are not much to look at, not that smart and most of us have defects, and like some of us we really are born imperfect... But, amidst all this theres always someone there willing to Love you unconditionally and irrevocably without ever asking for anything in return. Many are thankful, some take it for granted but very few ask, Why? We never really fully understand why these people come into our lives, some would just tell you, "You guys really are a match made in heaven." Sometimes i really do doubt that, we give our loved ones problems, me hurt them and often times we make them cry and the best we can do is be there and say were sorry... And after all you've done to hurt them, God never fails to help you at the end of the day, He goes up to your door and knocks on it, but the moment you answer it, it's not Him, but, it's the one who's made you so happy for a time so long that you wonder why she stuck with you no matter what you did, they go up to you, hold your hand and say, "I forgive you..."  You can't say anything because you can't believe what she just did, you can't find the right words to tell her how much that meant to you, all you can do is... Smile.
